Shipping & Terms

All intellectual property rights, including copyright, in the violetpapers.com website and its contents including text, comments, illustrations and graphics, are protected worldwide and are reserved. In accordance with France's Intellectual Property Code (Code de la Propriété Intellectuelle), the use of this website and its content is permitted for private purposes only.

Any other use of the violetpapers.com website or its content without violetpapers.com's prior consent will be viewed as an infringement of our rights and may result in legal action under intellectual property legislation and regulations.

 

 

We process orders within 1-5 business days after placing the order. Once processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please note orders are not processed or shipped over the weekend or during French holidays

For European orders, please allow 1 to 7 working days for delivery after receiving your shipment email. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or other delays by the shipping company.

Customers will receive a confirmation email once an order has been shipped. Orders will be shipped with DHL/ UPS.

We ship globally however depending on where you are located, please keep in mind that your parcel may take longer to arrive. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

 

 

All sales are final, except in cases where incorrect or damaged items are received.
In the event of a problem, items can be returned within 10 working days, provided they are in their original, new condition (with the exception of items returned that were already damaged upon receipt). Send us an email with your name, address, order ID and a description of the problem.
You will receive an answer from us with instructions within 5 working days. We accept no responsibility for packages which do not reach us or go missing in transit.
